配送ポリシー

発送までの日数

ご注文およびご入金の確認後、最終点検・セットアップを行い、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送します（木曜定休）。整備に時間を要する場合は個別にご連絡します。

国内配送

• 配送業者: ヤマト運輸 または 佐川急便
• 送料は商品ごとに設定し、チェックアウト時に表示します。
• 高額商品は完全梱包・補償付きで発送し、追跡番号を発送通知メールでお知らせします。

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every instrument is inspected, packed in a reinforced case, and fully insured before departure.

• Carriers: EMS (Japan Post), DHL Express, or FedEx, with tracking.
• Shipping cost is shown at checkout, or quoted individually for oversized items.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charge.
